The Pilates Core Flow class focuses on strengthening the body’s core muscles, improving spinal posture, and helping to prevent injuries. Inspired also by yoga, it is based on the fundamental principles of the Pilates method:

– flow in the execution of movements

The class includes a flow of controlled, static movements combined with mindful breathing sequences that enhance flexibility and physical stability, adapted to all fitness levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners.

It is ideal for injury care and rehabilitation.
