Ashtanga Yoga (Sanskrit: अष्टांग योग) is one of the most popular types of yoga today and is considered one of the top forms of exercise. It involves the synchronization of breath through postures and exercises. This process generates internal heat and detoxifies the body. Essentially, Ashtanga Yoga teaches release through the body and identification with the soul of the person.

Yin Yoga is a slow-paced type of yoga that incorporates principles of traditional Chinese medicine, with asanas (postures) held for longer periods compared to other types of yoga. It has a more meditative approach to yoga, aiming for awareness of inner silence and bringing forth a universal, interconnected quality.

Mindful Practice .

Aerial Yoga is a practice that embodies a complete yoga practice using a hammock. The way the body connects with the hammock, allowing it space to open, lengthen, relax, and be carried by gravity, offers the practitioner a new perspective on yoga. It reveals new movement possibilities and relaxation techniques.

Yoga Silver is a class specifically designed for people over 60 years old, with the vision for mature adults to explore the gift of yoga in the safety of a group. The class consists of gentle asanas, breathing techniques, and meditation. It is an opportunity for them to activate their bodies, breathe more deeply and consciously, calm their minds, and connect with their souls.

Pilates is a method of training the entire body, focusing primarily on strengthening the core to support and protect the spine musculoskeletally, achieving correct posture and avoiding injuries. This method is suitable for all ages and levels of physical fitness (beginners to advanced) and is an ideal exercise for injury care and rehabilitation.
