The experience continues!
After the first sold-out workshop, we’re back with a new three-hour journey into AcroYoga — where handstands, trust, and teamwork meet once again — this time with smoother movement, deeper connection, and a more creative flow.
Volume II is open to everyone — whether you joined the previous session or are coming for the first time.
Every body and every level is welcome in this workshop. Through play, guidance, and a safe framework, we’ll learn to support, be supported, and create movement with awareness and flow.

About the teacher:
John Karvelis has been moving since childhood, with sports always providing his natural space for expression. In 2010, while working as an energy engineer in Athens, he discovered yoga and acrobatic practices — finding a path that unites dynamic movement, therapeutic practices, and human connection.
He is trained in Hatha Yoga and Vinyasa Krama, and in Thai Yoga Massage through the Sunshine Network, with further studies in OsteoThai, Static, and Dynamic massage. He is a certified AcroYoga International teacher (Level 1, Level 2, Elemental, Lunar Therapeutics, Solar Acrobatics) and a Lead Trainer in AcroYoga International’s global teacher training programs.
Over the past decade, John has co-created teacher training programs in Yoga, AcroYoga, and Aerial Yoga across Europe, Asia, the Middle East, Mexico, and the U.S. Through his trainings and workshops, he shares his love for movement, inspires new teachers, and creates spaces for meaningful human connection — where collaboration, play, and shared experiences make even the most challenging techniques safe, approachable, and fun.
Bring your good energy, an open mind, and let’s fly together!
